  Two Stage Cascade Type Recycling Plant With Force Freeder & Dual Screw Diameter  
     
 
First time in India production upto 200 kg/hr from special design DUAL DIAMETER OF SCREW for reprocessing of RAFIA, HD, LD, PP, Paper from waste.
This design elimate or minimize the shredding, grinding, densification preparation functions.
The combination of the greater feed capacity of the large diameter plasticizing section provides an effective and economical operation.
Technique is based on TWO STAGE EXTRUSION for excellent filteration & material properties.
 
     
  SCREW DESIGN  
  DUAL DIAMETER (145 mm-110 mm) design with a large diameter feed transitioning down to the smaller diameter main processing section. The flights are hard surfaced with Gas Nitriding with hardness from 65 HRC -68 HRC.
