- First time in India production upto 200 kg/hr from special design DUAL DIAMETER OF SCREW for reprocessing of RAFIA, HD, LD, PP, Paper from waste.
- This design elimate or minimize the shredding, grinding, densification preparation functions.
- The combination of the greater feed capacity of the large diameter plasticizing section provides an effective and economical operation.
- Technique is based on TWO STAGE EXTRUSION for excellent filteration & material properties.
SCREW DESIGN
DUAL DIAMETER (145 mm-110 mm) design with a large diameter feed transitioning down to the smaller diameter main processing section. The flights are hard surfaced with Gas Nitriding with hardness from 65 HRC -68 HRC.
