HPMC provides its Pvc Pipe Plant-Single Screw Extruder for pipe and profile extrusion lines for manufacturing rigid and flexible pipes and conduits. The HPMC Single Screw Extruder is also used extensively in sprinkler systems for agricultural purposes, water sewage supply chemical applications in PVC/PE, and others. HPMC single screw extruder line comes in four machine models HPMC 65, HPMC 75, HPMC 90, and HPMC 100.

Our PVC pipe plant single screw extruder available in various models as HPMC 65, HPMC 75, HPMC 90, and HPMC 100 works at different performance levels. The models work at different capacities of minimum, and maximum pipe OD (mm), max plasticizing capacity (kg/hr), and screw speed variation (rpm).

- HPMC PVC Pipe Plant-Single Screw Extruder is a Barrier design (Double thread) Screw for PVC Pipe and it performs consistent melt homogeneity, excellent and efficient process control, and stability for unmatched end-product quality and delivery.
- It is designed to work according to all pelletized materials.
- The output rate for polyolefin’s up to 450 Kg/hr.
Salient Features of Single Screw Extruder:
1. Die Head
- Die head for smaller sizes of pipe varies between 16mm - 50 mm providing d with stainless steel spider.
- Die head for bigger sizes of pipe varies between 40mm - 160mm equipped with stainless steel spider.
2. Cooling Unit
- Vacuum tank for smaller sizes of pipe varies between 16mm - 50mm for better-controlled output and exact dimensions of the pipe.
- Water tank is provided with both the options sprays and without sprays for cooling the pipe.
3. Caterpuller
- Drive is given through separate geared motor for both the rollers of the haul off.
- It prevents wrinkles on the pipe and gives the smooth flow of the pipe
4. Automatic Cutting Unit
- Equipped with a pneumatic cylinder for better holding.
- Limit switch is provided to gauge the preset length of the pipe.
5. Cutting Saw
- Equipped with a pneumatic cylinder for better holding.
